Pico de gallo

  white onion
  red onion
 3 roma tomatoes
 200 g cherry tomatoes in different colours
 1 small fresh jalapeño
 1 garlic clove, minced
  cup coriander, roughly chopped
 Juice of 1 lime
 Sea salt
To Serve:
 Corn chips

Finally dice the tomatoes, onion and jalapeño.


Add to a mixing bowl along with the minced garlic, coriander, lime juice and a good pinch of sea salt. Toss through.


Serve in a bowl with corn chips to the side.
